When you donate, subscribe or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address and message. Payment details are processed securely by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Families and children

We never publish exact locations, addresses, travel plans, safe housing locations, the location of our Welcome Village, immigration or legal case information, sensitive medical information, or identifying information about children and families without appropriate consent.

How we use information

We use your information to process gifts, send receipts and updates you asked for, respond to inquiries and improve our work. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and request access to or deletion of your information by writing to support@cohusa.org.
